2005 Programs

All programs (unless otherwise noted) are held at the Best Western Plaza Hotel next to the Family History Library, on the 2nd Friday of each month at 11:30 a.m. People are welcome to bring their lunch and dine while the meeting is in progress. The public is welcome.

Topics to be discussed: how to handle difficult clients, contracts (pros and cons - if you have a favorite contract you like and would share, bring some copies), office set up; fees/retainer; locating clients/designing your research for your client; Marketing and how to invest in your business to keep it viable and solvent.
